Dear Firefighter Supporters
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting your local fire fighters. You contribution will benefit fire fighters throughout Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. With the purchase of these ticket vouchers, you show your support not only for the fire fighters, but for your community as well.
The Charlotte Fire Fighters Association represents approximately 700 local fire fighters who are employed by the fire department (our organization represents the members, not the government agencies). We are a not-for-profit professional organization; therefore these ticket/vouchers are not tax deductible for Federal tax purposes as a charitable contribution.
Please be assured that the Charlotte fire fighters and the community they serve will benefit from your support.
It is important to note that we represent the Career Professional Fire Fighters themselves and do not financially support any volunteer fire departments.
Once again, I thank you for your support. It is friends like yourself that make a difference.

"Fire Prevention Month"
"During Fire Prevention Month of October 2017 The Charlotte Firefighters Association and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools passed out over 12,000 fire safety activity books to the Second and Third Graders of Mecklenburg County. The activity books teach children to stop drop and roll, not to play with matches and they even have an escape plan that they do with the parents in case of a fire. The Charlotte Firefighters Association has attached a Free PDF file below for any home schooled children or anyone who did not receive a book."
